Toolmaking - precision alone is not enough

In our modern tool shop, we manufacture injection molds for technical plastic parts according to customer requirements.

We always use the latest version of the VISI CAD system to implement the design and subsequent CNC programming. This enables us to process almost all CAD formats.

We use all modern metalworking processes to convert the CAD data into injection molds. We mainly use CNC-controlled milling, sink erosion and wire erosion machines.  In addition, we also use machines for grinding, laser welding and laser marking.
